01. PAYMENT PROTOCOL
We work on a 50/50 basis.
- 50% DEPOSIT: Required to book your slot in the development schedule. Work does not commence until this clears.
- 50% COMPLETION: Due immediately upon project completion, before the site is pushed to the live domain.
02. SCOPE & REVISIONS
We do not charge by the hour; we charge by the project. To keep projects efficient:
- The price includes 2 Rounds of Revisions during the design phase.
- Changes requested after the design is signed off and code has been written will be charged at our standard hourly rate (£60/hr).
03. HOSTING & SUPPORT (CRITICAL)
This is a managed service.
- SUPPORT: "Lifetime Priority Support" is exclusively available to clients hosted on Graftweb servers (The £29/mo package).
- EXTERNAL HOSTING: If you choose to host the site elsewhere, our responsibility ends once we deliver the code files. We cannot support servers we do not control.
- LATE PAYMENTS: If hosting fees are overdue by 7 days, services may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
04. OWNERSHIP
Upon final payment, you own the code. You are free to take the website to another host at any time (subject to Clause 03 regarding support).
